These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute an agreement between Foundation W. (the "Foundation" or "we"), a not-for-profit corporation, and any user (a "User" or "Users" or "you") who uses the website ("Site").
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO USE IT.
The Foundation reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without notice. We recommend that you review these Terms from time to time for updates and changes that may affect you. Any use of the Site after such updates and changes signifies your acceptance of them.

The Foundation may recommend applications, products, services or links to third party websites to you. The recommended link to such third party services does not mean that we endorse the content, products or services of said third parties. In no event will the Foundation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, extraordinary, exemplary or other damages arising out of your contractual relationship with a third party.
Intellectual Property Notice
All rights, titles and interests in and to all intellectual property rights in the Site and all modifications, extensions, scripts and other derivative works of the Site are the exclusive property of the Foundation or its licensors. However, the Foundation grants the User of the Site the non-exclusive right to reproduce elements of the Site to which the Foundation holds the copyright. Such reproduction shall be solely for personal use or for use by a non-profit organization, in all cases on a not-for-profit basis. The reproduction must always identify the Site as the source of the element reproduced and must not be reproduced on another website. The Foundation may withdraw this license at any time upon notice. All rights not granted to the User under these Terms remain exclusive to the Foundation. Any adaptation or dissemination is prohibited unless prior permission is obtained.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FOUNDATION OR ITS RESPECTIVE ADVISORS OR SUPPLIERS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY, EXTRACONTRACTUAL LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS, INACCESSIBILITY TO THE SITE, INACCURACY OF ITS CONTENTS, INCLUDING REFERENCES TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES.

The Foundation respects your right to privacy in compliance with the laws of Québec and Canada regarding the protection of personal information, and with what is detailed in this Privacy Policy.
The Site does not allow Users to post their personal information.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Quebec in the judicial district of Montreal for any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms.
